  Earth Day Stewardship Event - Saturday, April 21st

Information: Washington State Parks, with support from Bridle Trails Park Foundation is organizing a Park Stewardship event for Earth Day.

The focus will be on removing blackberry, ivy, holly and laurel and planting native plants.

When: Saturday, April 21st
9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Morning snacks, beverages and pizza lunch provided
Where: 5220 - 132nd Ave NE, Bellevue.  Take Exit 17 off I-405 (NE 70th Place), turn south onto 116th Avenue (just east of 405), turn left (east) on NE 60th St, turn right (south) at 132nd Ave NE.  The driveway to the property is on the left. PARKING IS LIMITED, so please carpool.
Other Details: Bring your own hand pruners if you have them. Wear sturdy shoes, long sleeves, long pants, and bring work gloves.

If you know others who might be willing to help, bring them along!

Credit can be given to high school kids who participate.
