Join us for the 11th annual Bridle Trails Park Foundation "Party In The Park" This is our annual event to celebrate this beautiful park and raise funds so that the Foundation can continue to meet our obligation to the State and protect the Park. This has become a popular event with the feel of an old fashioned country fair. We hope to see you there!

When: Saturday, June 22rd
8:00am to 12:30pm
Where: Bridle Trails State Park Horse Show Grounds
NE 53rd and 116th NE, Kirkland, WA
Parking:
Free Shuttle: Due to the increased attendance and need for horse trailer parking, there will be shuttle service between the Central Park Tennis Club, across from Ben Franklin Elementary, and the Park. Since the park is only a few minutes from this parking lot, the shuttle will be making trips every 10 minutes from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. Please consider using this FREE service!
Fun Run:

7:30am - Day-of-race registration and packet pickup begins

9:00 am - 10k begins
9:05 am - 5k begins
9:06 am - 5k/10k walk begins

Cost: $30.00 pre-registered - $35.00 day-of-race of race for adults.
Cost is $15 pre-registration and $20 day-of-race for kids 15 and under.

If you pre-register by 6/8/13, you will receive a free short-sleeve shirt.

Register at Active.com or via in person registration at Everyday Athlete in Kirkland.
This is a timed race. Course is on dirt and gravel trails in the park. The ground is often uneven, hilly in places and riddled with tree roots. No dogs or bicycles will be allowed on the course. While child jog strollers are allowed, please keep in mind that you will be running or walking on narrow, natural dirt trails. To be considerate of others, please start in the back of the pack if you plan on bringing a stroller.

Breakfast: 8:30am - 11:30am Pancakes, bacon, coffee or juice - $5.00 a plate
Entertainment: 10:00am - 12:30pm Free entertainment featuring jousting knights, equestrian drill teams, and more!
Kid's Activities: 9:30am - 12:30pm Pony rides, cake walk, face painters, Donkey Dash (no donkeys, just a race for the kids),and more! No charge, but donations gladly accepted. Suggested donation of $5.00 for pony rides.
Merchandise: T-shirts, hats, etc.
