Forest Nature Walk in Bridle Trails State Park

Location: Ben Franklin Elementary, 12434 NE 60th St, Kirkland, WA 9803
Description: Join a professional ecologist for a nature walk in this large tract of older forest right in our urban area, learn about the plants and animals of this exceptional natural area, and learn what exciting, recent research tells us about how forest ecosystems work. For, example, trees DO talk to each other and share resources. Bring your questions about native forests.

Feel free to share the flyer below with interested friends. Please sign up in advance. (425) 827-6595 or programs@bridletrails.org.

****CHANGE OF START LOCATION: Note that we will meet at Ben Franklin Elementary, 12434 NE 60th St, Kirkland, on the north end of the park. There are no bathrooms at that location.****
